Change Your Droopy Eyes Caused by Aging to Clear, Vibrant Eyes
Upper Blepharoplasty
As we age, the skin loses its elasticity, causing the eyelid skin to sag.
Upper blepharoplasty can correct sagging eyelids by restoring the lost elasticity.
Incisional Upper Blepharoplasty
This method involves making an incision to remove excess eyelid
skin and create a natural double eyelid line.
For cases where the eyelid is significantly sagging and lacks elasticity,
the incisional method provides a more definitive solution to improve the droop.

Solve Under-Eye Wrinkles, Skin Sagging, and Dullness for a Youthful, Vibrant Face
Lower Blepharoplasty
This surgery removes excess skin and either removes or repositions the under-eye fat,
improving the appearance of bulging fat, dark circles, and sagging skin,
which can make you look older and more fatigued. The surgery is customized based on the degree of under-eye fat,
shape, surrounding bone structure, age, and skin elasticity and thickness.
LaBom's No-Touch Technique
Minimizing side effects and punder-eye fattive issues
with our No-Touch technique.
Through this technique, only the skin below the lower lashes is removed,
preserving muscles and septum. This prevents the risk of eye inversion and
recurrence while preserving the under-eye fat beneath the lower eyelid).
LABOM’s method creates a natural and smooth under-eye line.
By making a precise,
small incision as close as
possible to the eyelash line,
scarring is minimized and
remains virtually invisible.
Under-eye fine lines are removed,
and the under-eye fat is
enhanunder-eye fatting a
youthful appearance.
By removing under-eye wrinkles
and unnecessary fat,
we improve a harsh or tired-looking
expression, giving you a softer look.
We smooth out bulging areas
and fill in sunken regions,
improving dark circles and
giving a brighter,
more refreshed appearance.
Lower Blepharoplasty Surgical Method

After a conjunctival incision,
a small opening is made in the
conjunctiva to remove unnecessary
fat and reposition the fat pads
by securing the tear trough ligaments.
Using the No-Touch technique,
muscles and the
conjunctiva are preserved,
and only the sagging skin
beneath the eyelashes is
removed and sutured.
If needed, fat grafting to the anterior
cheekbones adds dimension,
and if the under-eye fat is lacking,
fine fat grafting enhances
the youthful
appearance of the eyes.

Improve Dark Circles, Tear Troughs, and Under-Eye Fat All at Once
Under-eye Fat Repositioning
This surgery improves the appearance of tired and dark eyes caused by bulging or hollow under-eye fat, which can make you look older.
By repositioning the fat, the procedure brightens and rejuvenates the under-eye area.
The surgery is customized based on the degree and shape of under-eye fat, bone structure, age, and skin elasticity.
LaBom's No-Touch Technique
The surgery takes into account the areas with protruding fat,
the areas for creating the new under-eye fat, tear troughs,
and fat grafting to the anterior cheekbones.
The weakened and sagging under-eye septum is reinforced
to prevent recurrence and side effects.
The surgery is performed
through the inner conjunctiva,
minimizing scarring.
Simultaneously improves
dark circles, fine under-eye lines,
and gives a more youthful
appearance.
To prevent recurrence,
the stretched orbital septum is
securely tightened for a
lasting effect.
Only unnecessary fat is removed
and repositioned,
preserving the natural under-eye fat
under the eyes.
Under-eye Fat Fat Repositioning Surgical Method
The surgery is customized
based on the degree and
shape of under-eye fat.
A hidden incision is made inside
the conjunctiva,
and the tear trough ligament is
released to create space.
Through a small opening
in the conjunctiva, excess fat is
removed and repositioned,
while the septum is reinforced
and the under-eye fat
muscle is preserved.
If necessary,
fat grafting to the anterior
cheekbones adds dimension

Natural Line That Fits Your Eyes
Double Eyelid Surgery
It’s important to choose the shape, height, and surgical method of the double eyelid line based
on the individual’s eye shape and size.
LaBom's Signature Eyelid Surgery:
2mm Natural Adhesion Method
After a small, approximately 2mm incision,
the upper eyelid muscle is directly tied to the skin to create
the double eyelid line. This procedure uses muscle tissue (autologous tissue)
to achieve muscle adhesion.
It is highly recommended for individuals with thin eyelids
and minimal skin sagging due to its many advantages.
This is the signature eyelid surgery that LaBom Plastic Surgery takes pride in.
By directly dissecting the muscle and adhering it to the skin, the line remains secure and swelling subsides quickly.
Using soft muscle tissue instead of rigid threads creates a natural and smooth double eyelid line.
By manipulating the upper eyelid muscles, this method also provides a natural eye shape correction.
If necessary, eyelid correction surgery and fat removal can be performed together.

Correcting the Line with Balanced Aesthetics
Eyelid Revision Surgery
Eyelid revision surgery requires a careful analysis of the initial surgery’s issues to avoid the need for further revisions. It demands precise surgical techniques and design, with the medical team’s extensive experience and expertise to address complications such as tissue damage, scarring, or skin distortion from the first surgery.
Timing for Eyelid Revision Surgery
While early surgery may be possible in some cases, generally,
revision surgery can only be performed at least 6 months after the initial incision.
The tissue must be stable, with no redness in the scar, the scar softened,
and complete healing of any inflammation to prevent the need for further revision surgeries.
For example, if lifting your eyebrows improves the eye shape in the mirror, revision surgery may not be necessary.
To maintain the natural movement of the eyes, rigid scar tissue formation must be kept to a minimum.
Revision surgery goals should be set based on scientific and rational judgment. Excessive muscle correction or canthoplasty can harm both beauty and health.

LABOM EYE 6
Make tired, dull eyes look sharp
Eye Shape Correction
If the eye-opening muscles are weak or the eyelids are sagging, it can make you look tired and sluggish.
In this case, eye shape correction addresses the root cause, creating sharper and more defined eyes.
This occurs when the eye-opening muscle is weak from birth.
Prolonged contact lens wear can cause the eye-opening muscle to separate from the tarsal plate and stretch.
Due to aging, the eye-opening muscle becomes detached from the tarsal plate.
After eyelid surgery, such as double eyelid surgery, the eye-opening muscle may become detached or damaged.
The formation of antibodies against the eye-opening muscle can limit its movement.
This test measures the vertical distance from the center of the pupil to the edge of the eyelid. Surgery is performed if the distance is shorter than normal.
With the eyebrows fixed, the patient is asked to look down as far as possible and then back up. This tests the function of the eye-opening muscle.
This test checks for sagging eyelids caused by skin issues, rather than muscle problems, in order to correct tired-looking eyes.
Before choosing between incisional or non-incisional eye shape correction, this test helps determine the appropriate tissue thickness for the surgery.
LaBom's
Incisional Eye Shape Correction
Incisional eye shape correction is a method that effectively corrects eyes with significant skin sagging or weak eye-opening muscles, while also removing unnecessary tissue.
LaBom accurately identifies the cause of tired and sluggish eyes, and ensures a safe surgery through thorough pre-surgery examinations.

Customized Canthoplasty to Enhance Your Charm
Canthoplasty
This surgery enhances the length and height of the eyes, making them larger and more defined.
It includes front, rear, and lower canthoplasty, often combined with double eyelid surgery.
Front Canthoplasty
This surgery opens the Mongolian fold to extend the horizontal length of the eyes, creating a more refreshed eye shape.
What is the Mongolian Fold?
The Mongolian fold causes the eyes to appear closer together and creates a tired, dull look. Excessive front canthoplasty may cause excessive visible redness or damage to the tear ducts, so the surgeon’s expertise is crucial.
Due to the nature of the front canthoplasty surgery, a significant amount of skin must be removed, which may inevitably lead to scarring. However, the degree of scarring can vary depending on the surgeon’s skill and the method used.
The tear sac, which has a reddish hue, can become excessively visible if the front canthoplasty is too aggressive. Properly performed canthoplasty ensures a natural and harmonious eye shape.
When the eyelids sag and take on the shape of a false Mongolian fold, excessive front canthoplasty can overly expose the tear sac. If it's determined to be a false Mongolian fold, eyebrow shape correction surgery should be performed instead.
Front Canthoplasty Surgical Method
1:1 Consultation &
Customized Design
Incision made along the upper line of the Mongolian fold.
After removing the surrounding skin tissue of the Mongolian fold, the inner skin and ligament tissue are moved outward and sutured.
A sharper and more defined eye shape is achieved.
LABOM PLASTIC SURGERY
Rear Canthoplasty
This surgery involves making an incision at the outer corner of the eye to extend the horizontal length. Rear canthoplasty requires careful surgical technique, as it involves cutting the outer corner ligament, which may lead to both aesthetic and functional concerns. The angle of the outer corner can alter the expression, making precise expertise essential for the surgery.
The Importance of the Outer Corner Shape
The Importance of the Outer Corner Shape The outer corner of the eye is tightly fixed by the outer corner ligament, which is formed by the fusion of the upper and lower eyelid ligaments. The shape of the outer corner is a crucial element in the overall eye appearance. Ideally, the outer corner should be angled about 5-8 degrees upward from the horizontal. If the angle is too steep, it can create a harsh and aggressive expression, in which case, adjusting the outer corner angle is recommended.
Rear Canthoplasty Surgical Method

Lower Canthoplasty
Adjusts the angle of the outer corner to match the proportions of the eyes.
If the lower part of the eyeball is heavily covered, creating a feeling of tightness, this surgery increases the vertical width of the eyes to improve the eye shape to an ideal proportion.

Restoring the Balance of Eye Shape
Canthoplasty Revision
Canthoplasty revision is a surgery that restores the eye shape to its natural form, correcting over-corrections caused by excessive removal of skin at the inner and outer canthi, or when the eye shape has become unnaturally altered with excessive swelling.
Front Canthoplasty Revision
Improper front canthoplasty surgery can create a harsh or sharp appearance, leading to complications or stress. In cases of excessive surgery, unpleasant scarring may occur inside the eye.
The procedure reconstructs the scar area using the remaining surrounding skin, while realigning the internal ligaments and muscle tissues to correct the shape of the eye corners.
* Excessive Exposure of the Naso-lacrimal Duct
LABOM PLASTIC SURGERY
Rear Canthoplasty Revision
After procedures like lowering the outer corner or rear canthoplasty, many individuals may be concerned about changes to their eye shape. If the outer corner appears unnatural, such as having an overly angular or "unnatural" shape, or if excessive redness in the conjunctiva is visible, it may be necessary to remove the scar and adjust the position of the outer corner.
