LABOM FORHEAD 1
A Safe and Effective Lift for Your Eyelids, Eyebrows, and Entire Forehead!
Endoscopic Forehead Lift
The first signs of aging appear most quickly around the eyes and forehead. Wrinkles and sagging eyelids can make your expression appear tired and sharp.
The main cause of these changes around the eyes is the sagging of the forehead and eyebrows. The Endoscopic Forehead Lift is designed to correct this issue.
NO Endotine,
Endoscopic Forehead Lift
At LABOM, we perform the surgery through endoscopy, allowing us to view directly and lift the eyelid area widely while securely cutting the retention ligaments for a clear forehead lift. Unlike the use of Endotine, which can cause pain and discomfort, we use our unique techniques to secure the area without these side effects.

LABOM Endoscopic Forehead Lift Principle
The forehead and eye area have “retention ligaments” that keep the skin in place and prevent sagging. However, once the skin starts to sag, these ligaments hinder its lift. To effectively lift drooping eyebrows and foreheads, it’s essential to completely cut these ligaments.
The eyebrow muscles consist of those that lift and lower the brow. When the muscle that lowers the eyebrow becomes overdeveloped, it causes the brow to droop and wrinkles to form between the brows.
By cutting the retention ligaments and the eyebrow-lowering muscle, the natural lifting action of the eyebrow-raising muscle causes the forehead and eyebrows to lift. This also smoothens the forehead muscles, creating a natural volume.
LABOM’s Endoscopic Forehead Lift Core Expertise
Minimizing skin incisions reduces concerns about scarring.
Perfect dissection of the retention ligaments increases effectiveness.
Complete removal of the eyebrow-lowering muscle reduces concerns about wrinkles.
Skilled endoscopic techniques result in less vascular damage, reducing swelling concerns.

Procedures That Complement Endoscopic Forehead Lift
2-Month Post-Op Real Case from LABOM Plastic Surgery
Softening a Harsh Expression
If the eyebrow bone is excessively developed, the eyes may appear sunken, creating shadows, and the forehead may look flat. In such cases, combining the forehead lift with eyebrow bone resection can create a smooth and natural-looking forehead.
5-Month Post-Op Real Case from LABOM Plastic Surgery
Simultaneous Wide Forehead Reduction
Using FULL HD endoscopy, this procedure removes the muscles that create the wrinkles between the eyebrows and the retention ligaments that pull the eyebrows down. It also tightens the hairline towards the forehead, reducing the length of the forehead while smoothing out forehead and frown lines.

LABOM FORHEAD 2
Functional Solution and Aesthetic Improvement Combined
Forehead Lift Restoration
Forehead Lift Restoration addresses issues from previous surgeries with a customized revision plan,
restoring the natural forehead line. Given the complexity of tissue restoration, consulting with experienced specialists is essential.
Forehead Lift Restoration
CHECK POINT
Forehead lift restoration should be considered at least 6 months to 1 year after the initial surgery, during which time the tissue’s blood flow is fully restored, and the tissue becomes softer. However, depending on individual circumstances such as inflammation or the need for functional improvements, revision surgery may need to be done sooner. Therefore, it is essential to consult with a specialist to determine the appropriate timing based on your personal situation before proceeding with the surgery.
LABOM PLASTIC SURGERY
ABOM’s Core Expertise
Minimizing skin incisions We preserve nerves and blood vessels from previous surgeries while naturally restoring the lift of the forehead and eyebrows. Key factors include scalp flexibility and safely releasing the adhesion between the scalp and eyebrows.
Using precise diagnosis and a FULL HD endoscopic monitor, we customize forehead lift restoration for each individual. By accurately dissecting sensory nerves, retention ligaments, blood vessels, and muscles, we minimize unnecessary tissue damage, ensuring a safe and effective improvement.
Forehead Lift Restoration Surgical Method
Including the previous forehead lift scar, small vertical incisions (about 1 cm) are made on the inside of the hairline, at five points.
Using Full HD endoscopy, the area beneath and behind the hairline is dissected and then pulled downward, lowering the forehead, eyebrows, and eyelids.
Once the desired position is reached, two secure points are fixed through the incision near the hairline, preventing the lifted scalp and forehead skin from rising again.
Additional incisions or fixation near the eyebrows are not required, and the scalp incision is simply sutured closed.

LABOM FORHEAD 4
Natural Forehead Surgery Without Implants
Endoscopic Eyebrow Bone Resection
Without implants, wide incisions, or scarring concerns!
This non-implant forehead surgery reduces the excessively developed eyebrow bone by precisely trimming it with FULL HD endoscopy, without the need for large incisions.
Eyebrow bone resection is a type of non-implant forehead surgery.
When the eyebrow bone is severely developed, it can cause the eyes to appear sunken, casting shadows and making the forehead look flat. By reducing the eyebrow bone instead of inserting implants, the forehead can be naturally and smoothly enhanced.
Implant Surgery vs Eyebrow Bone Resection Surgery
Implant surgery adds volume to the forehead,
filling in uneven areas to correct the forehead shape.
By trimming the protruding areas, this method
fundamentally corrects the forehead line.
